Oriental Belly Dance

What My Classes Look Like
Warm-up and Centering
Each class begins with a gentle warm-up that helps establish the connection with the body and prepare for movement. Includes breathing, gentle stretching, and mindful preparation of the mind.
Technical Practice
Gradual introduction and practice of basic movements or advanced techniques, depending on group level. Focus is on understanding movement anatomy and developing control.
Creative Exploration
Time for improvisation, combining learned movements, and personal expression. Encouraging creativity and individuality in a safe environment.
Integration and Closing
We finish with relaxation, reflection on the experience, and integration of what we learned. Short meditation or breathing exercises to calm the mind.

ESCTATIC DANCE WARM UP FOR ECSTATIC DANCE CROATIA
We’ll dance, sing, and jam around the fire next Saturday as we welcome the autumn equinox.
Alongside a spacious green meadow, there’s a large cozy covered terrace with stunning views of nature, which we’ll use together with the outdoor area for gathering after the main part of the event. Thanks to this indoor space, the event will take place rain or shine. If the weather turns bad, we’ll simply move indoors.
This is a wonderful opportunity to visit this magical place, and if the weather is warm enough, you can even take a swim at the nearby riverside beach on the Kupa River.
